Welcome to those of you joining me from Disney in Our Blood and those of you just hopping aboard. I am the 2nd stop on our Magical Blogorail.


When I received the email from the Magical Blogorail telling me I was going to officially be a part of this amazing community of Disney bloggers, I couldn't believe my amazing luck!  Then, when Beth, the wonderful woman who runs the Blogorail, emailed telling me to introduce myself in my first blog post, I couldn't stop singing Introducing Me from Camp Rock 2. (Seriously, it's an adorable song, you should go watch the clip on YouTube now.  I'll wait here.)

So here we go!  I'm Joanna, or goddessofmath to the online community.  For years I've gone as everydaymathchick, so you'll see some nods to that on my blog.  You may know me from The DISboards where I designed shirt designs for free over on the Creative DISigns boards.  My blog design elements are all things I've Photoshopped using those t-shirt designing skills. I have been blogging in various places for about 15 years, but in the last year or so I really hit my stride and found my voice as a Disney blogger.  Because I haven't always been so Disney-centric in my blog, if you go back about a year in my archives, you'll start learning more about me personally.  Short story is that I'm in my late-20's, a high school math teacher, and I love my family, my shih-tzu, Sprinkles, reading, comic books, technology (huge Apple geek!), and I somehow end up getting to go to Walt Disney World at least twice a year.


When I was a young girl I went to Walt Disney World with my family, and I went once more in high school, but January 2009 changed my relationship with the Park when I went again with my family (sister, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew)!  Since then my love of Walt Disney World has only grown!  I've been 3 times with my family including that trip, and I also have a good friend that I like to go with.  We're actually heading back in mid-December!  The best way for you to get to know me and my blog is to check out my trip reports.  Here's what Disney fun you might have missed:
